Breakfast…(it’s not for the faint of heart…or stomach)

I caught this delicious (*cough*) looking breakfast meats ensemble at a market stall recently.  Mostly stomach and tripe I guess.

They do actually put these animal parts into that appetizing vat (*cough again*) and pull it out and chop up these oily innards, and put it in tacos.  I am not lying.  They really do.

People stand around in large groups and muscle this delectable (*cough #3*) food (*cough #4) down.  I don’t know how they stomach…the stomach (so to speak).  They do put a LOT of salsa on it.  I suppose that helps to deaden the senses…especially the brain.  You’d have to have a mental lapse to eat this stuff.  That’s just my opinion.

Anyway, it looked and smelled awful to me.  Tucker Hower (one of our little co-worker kids) corrected me.  He said it smelled pretty good!  Ughhh.

What are you having for breakfast?

(yeah…now that I think of it, I don’t think I need to eat breakfast today either!)
