We’re helping to host a lady who came from Michigan to minister to the women at last weekend’s women’s retreat held at Camp Koinonia and attended by nearly 150 women.
As a special treat for our special guest, we drove the 2 hours over to Guanajuato to enjoy a day at one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It truly is a treat to visit and just drink in the visual flavor of this place.
A day there involves a lot of walking, so I didn’t take our better camera which is heavier. Thus, the photos don’t seem to be as nice as I would have hoped for, but some of them are still pretty good. I’ve selected some of the best ones, as well as some that give you a feel for the views of the city.
Enjoy!
Thanks a lot for making me drool on my computer. I hope Mom or Bethie thought to get me some of those dolly earrings. I’m sure you thought of it, Alan!
Did you take a picture of our engagement site just for us? El Pipila! (or as Mike says, what better place to get engaged than under the statue of a man carrying a heavy burden?)
Beautiful pics.
