Elk Horn, Iowa (with Camino Global Teammates)

Our teammates Bryan and Lori Smith and their kids arrived this afternoon. We drove a few miles to Elk Horn, Iowa which is notable for possessing and displaying an authentic Danish Windmill (no, not a pastry or cookie!). It’s only a few bucks to get a brief video of the history of the windmill and the town story surrounding the procurement and assembly of it. Fascinating story. We also were able to explore the inside of it as well as the impressively expensive gift shop.
