On Monday evening Beth took the boys over to a Taekwondo place a few blocks from here to see if they might like to take lessons. I think the boys enjoyed their trial class. Beth really liked the teacher and the way he taught. She especially liked seeing the boys get some real exercise for once, and I think that sealed the deal. We can count this for Cameron’s high school PE requirements back in the USA which is a huge plus.
So, Beth chopped off the inscription right there on the mat. So, they received their uniforms…komonos…or whatever they’re called and wore them this evening for the first time. (I guess we’ll have to learn some new lingo.)
Anyway, here they are in their white belts. We never dress Dayton in anything white for good reason. I guess he’ll be a black robe before you know it!
Don´t look so happy, Cameron.

I failed to mention that as I was barely managing to get Cameron to get into the photo, Dayton looked at him and said, “Look bored.” And laughed. Cameron tried not to laugh. I did too.
