¡Feliz Cumpleaños!

Bethie, her mother and I celebrated Bethie’s birthday this morning with a late breakfast at our local Colombian restaurant. Birthday girl enjoyed potato balls (each with a boiled quail egg inside), and her mother and I both had the arepa with scrambled eggs and Colombian sausage, not to forget the authentic cup of Colombian coffee…strong coffee. Tasty!
