This was the question recently asked of Maricruz by her boss at the downtown clothing store where they both work. She located a few materials to share with him and he read all of it. Afterward he told her, “After reading these things I have experienced a great peace in my heart. It is amazing. Does your church have meetings I could attend?”
After telling him that we are just a small group and meet on Sunday mornings in a house, he replied that since he has to work every Sunday just like she does that perhaps “her pastor” could meet with him if he has time.
After telling us this at our Bible study with her and her husband Emmanuel this past Monday, she asked me if I would have time to study with Elias! I believe his day off is Thursday. That’s generally a good day for me. We’re hoping to set up a time where I can meet Elias and begin an evangelistic Bible study with him. I may drop in at this store to meet him if I can later today.
Praise God for using Maricruz in her workplace! She must be living out the light of Christ for her boss to see a difference in her.
Pray with us that he’s still willing and wanting to study the Bible. Pray that Elias and I will will be able to begin a study of the Gospel together and that the Holy Spirit will draw him to salvation.

Woohoo!! It would be wonderful if his conversion would also lead to other JW’s he knows learning the truth.
