The Pineapple Story

This is one of my all-time favorite missionary stories.  I first heard it on a cassette tape (see a museum to know what that is, kids) given to me by a former missionary.  The tape was probably from a radio recording (see a museum to know how we used to make tape recordings off the radio, kids), and I listened to it so many times I can pretty much still tell the story from memory.  He has a great sense of humor/dry wit and has a wonderful way of making you laugh while being seriously challenged.

Fortunately for you, Otto Koning’s story is available on DVD and also is on YouTube so you can hear him tell it personally.  Of course, this story is dated now (as is his tie), but please don’t miss this story.  It might just change your life.  I know it changed mine.

(NOTE: it is about an hour in length…give yourself time to view it all or you’ll miss out on a huge blessing…don’t do that!  Also, if you’d rather view it directly in YouTube, simply click the YouTube button at the bottom-right of the video frame below.)
